Motorsport can be an expensive business, but there’s always an opportunity for enthusiasts to become involved on a relatively small budget. Learning about maintaining your chosen car, and learning to weld, can go a long way to getting you into racing.
It is usually cheaper to buy a car that has been prepared for race, and entered into competitions, than it is to build a car from scratch. The car came with a Transit van full of spares, and was prepared to Classic Stock Hatch regulations.
